Unbelievable - Edit
I had the most incredible vegan dish tonight at Etch. It was a spicy Moroccan dish that greatly exceeded my expectations. When I say that I have had vegan food all around the world, I am not exaggerating. This was absolutely a stand out and one of the best vegan fine-dining experiences of my life.

Ok vegan options - Edit
The cauliflower was great( adding a star for that). The charred broccolini were either too old or not well prepared. The accompanying chickpea base felt as if it was prepared about a week ago and kept in the fridge. The dessert with coconut and caramelized oats was great (another star for the dessert)!

Worth a visit - Edit
Popped into here for lunch as it was close and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was aware of vegan diets and let me know what could be modified. It was a nice place and honestly cheaper than I was expecting being in a tourist area. Didn’t feel like having alcohol but got a delicious mocktail (cucumber and mint fizz).

The staff was knowledgeable about the vegan diet and created a wonderful meal! I just told them I was a vegan because the menu is vegetarian.

Quality Food/Vegan Options - Edit
Went for lunch and the menu itself was not vegan friendly. I was, however, pleasantly surprised at the server’s willingness to offer grilled tofu (a dinner option but not a lunch option) as a sub for meat in dishes. The server was also knowledgeable about how to modify my meal to be vegan.
Read moreI rated this place a 4 because my salad was very, very good. The tofu could use some work, but I was thankful to have it as an option despite it not being on the menu.
I’d definitely go again.
Pros: Server understood vegan lifestyle, Very tasty meal, Cute atmosphere/good service
Cons: Tofu was spongy, not their forté, but ok

Our server was well versed in vegan-speak so she was able to help us order. Our group of 6 ordered several apps, sides, a salad, and 4 orders of the Tempura Tofu as the entree. We visited several vegan restaurants in Nashville so I can safely say that the Tofu Tempura was the best dish I had over my 4 day vacation.

Waitress knew of what to do to make vegetarian dishes vegan. They were delicious! Got the spinach salad and roasted cauliflower veganized. It was INCREDIBLE. It’s definitely a nicer restaurant so just be aware.

Fun restaurant in the heart of the city - Edit
Busy little restaurant with fun open kitchen concept. Seems like they get quite a few vegans because the waitress knew what I could have minus the cheese. I got the cauliflower app which was delicious. For dinner I got the Trio de Setas which was a layering of many things... it was good but there was a lot going on in this dish. Lots of flavors between hummus and the mushrooms and the okra among many other things. Was still fun and enjoyed.
