Visitei o restaurante Essencials na Póvoa de Varzim e fiquei bastante impressionado. A comida é deliciosa, com um menu totalmente vegan e inspirado na culinária Ayurveda, destacando-se pela qualidade dos vegetais frescos e bem preparados. O espaço é bonito e acolhedor, perfeito para uma refeição tranquila. O ambiente calmo convida a relaxar, enquanto o staff simpático faz-nos sentir bem recebidos. Infelizmente, não tive a oportunidade de experimentar o menu de almoço com diárias, mas certamente voltarei para o fazer. Recomendo vivamente!
