Coffee, treats and light food - Edit
Very friendly staff and a convenient location. The food is good and quite reasonable. They were sold out of vegan sandwiches but happily made me an avocado sandwich with the fixings they had available. Iced coffee was great. Very reasonable prices.

The food was so super good and the staff really nice! We loved the sweets and took a couple of things for the way. we will definitely drive by on our way back home.

As the very nice guy who works here told me, they are in a prosecution in transitioning the cafe to completely eco-friendly! I tried the vegan brownies and the chocolate cookies and loved them! Perfect!

We stopped here on our way to the beach to get some lunch to go. I got a calzone and my boyfriend got a wrap. We also got a vegan pastry and cookie for dessert. Everything was really tasty. We met the owner who is vegan. Highly recommended stopping here when you are in Crete!

Some really good options. I came for some tea and biscuits and it was really good. The biscuits was vegan and handmade and really cheap. 0.60 euro and the tea was fresh mountain tea.

Short version: I would come here again but don't expect there to always be a vegan option. Nothing is made to order so it depends what was pre-made that day and what is left.
Read moreLonger version: The second time I went was better than the first and this was also during the winter so I understand places have less to offer than during the summer. My first experience they had one item in the bakery labeled vegan and none of the ingredients were in English. I asked the lady working that day if any other items were vegan including the pre-made wraps/sandwiches and I don't think she knew what vegan meant. I asked about vegan cheese in the avocado wrap and she was not sure. There was no falafel that day. The second time I went there was much more to offer. I got a large avocado sandwich, the bread was delicious and it was full of avocado, greens, and a mustard sauce but it was still unclear if they use a vegan cheese or not so I just removed it and it was still tasty without it. They also had the falafel wrap but it was horrible. The wet ingredients completely soaked through the tortilla even though I purchased this early in the day, around 10am. The one labeled vegan cookie is good, although it tastes like it may have Nutella in it, so not actually vegan. They do offer soy milk for coffee.
I would come here again for that avocado sandwich and soy latte because it was near my hotel but don't go out of your way to get here.

A few vegan options, healthy & tasty - Edit
I have tried the avocado & the falafel sandwich, both with vegan cheese, the raw vegan carob chocolate & the vegan cookies (highly recommended!). All very healthy & tasty. Mostly for take away but also outdoor seating. Near the airport, far from the city.
