Stocks vitamins, supplements, homeopathic remedies, wheat-free and gluten-free foodstuff, frozen and chilled foods including vegan meals, ice cream, and vegan cheese. Fresh bread is delivered twice per week, and organic produce is always on hand. Previously at Upper Bay Rd, moved here late 2019. Open Mon-Fri 10:00am-6:00pm, Sat 9:30am-4:00pm.

Hit & Miss - Edit
Tricky shop. Some very high quality and specialty items—vegan foods, supplements, cleaning products, etc. High to very high prices generally. Focus is on gluten-free foods. Have experienced some rudeness about vegan items/labeling. Open mainly for retirees during the week with very limited work day hours. Still, might carry some items no one else has locally. Also can have some beautiful fruit/veggies. Hosts farmers market on the weekends.

Great Products - Edit
I really like this shop and when I go, I buy a few snack type items and a kombucha. I do find most items to be way overpriced though, unfortunately. They carry great products and I enjoying reading packages and finding new health items. I love the store, the concept and occasionally a good deal.

The staff is very helpful and will help you find what you want. They have a farmers market there sometimes. They have a wide variety of foods that you could want. My favorite are the vegan marshmallows. :)

Unless you're rolling in dough or desperate for some produce stick to the grocery store for your produce as it tends to be fairly pricey here. They do carry a lot of organic/veg friendly snacks and products not normally found in a grocery store tho, the staff is super friendly and helpful every time I'm there
