Thoroughly enjoyed my visit - Edit
The staff today were awesome. They were super friendly and patient, and they made me feel welcome too.
Read moreI also enjoyed the lunch special and skin on fries. Unfortunately they were out of the toffee pudding.
Also, the chap said their tulsi tea is freshly made from herbs, not a bog standard teabag!
If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely visit.
Pros: Food was excellent. , Staff very friendly.
Cons: Hot sauces not hot enough! Need to be hotter! :)

Uncomfy - Edit
I had the ‘Power Porridge’ at Vegan Camp Out and it was tasty. Not anything special, just average. Sometimes that’s exactly what you’re craving though so I don’t think it’s necessarily a bad thing, but £8 seems a bit excessive. I didn’t get any dates on mine which was disappointing. But the main point of attention has to be the service. I get that you’re trying to keep spirits high, but the employee started to mock my neurodivergent traits which made me very uncomfortable. Completely unnecessary IMO.

Just ok - Edit
I have wanted to go to enroot for a long time now and I have to say I was a little bit disappointed. The food was not fresh or hot. We ordered the tandoori wings which are meant to be cauliflower and mushroom. We only received mushroom , only to over hear they had ran out of cauliflower ( we weren’t informed), my gf also ordered a cbd latte without cbd oil. 10 mins later the waitress came over and said’ oh I’ve found the cbd’ but it seemed as if she was happy to make it seem like there was cbd when tbere wasnt any in there. Found those things a bit off putting and the food wasn’t as great as I was expecting. Shame as it was on my list for ages and I wanted to love it. But I don’t think I’d return or recommend to friends.

Festival fuel - Edit
Had the pleasure of trying En Root at a recent festival and it had to be one of my favourite meals all weekend. Favours are spot on and it's nutritious and filling. Must try if you are in London or keep your eyes peeled for them over summer festivals 🤌🏼

Wonderful fusion food - Edit
A mix of East African, Indian, and Carribean flavours in this small cosy restaurant with dishes like plantain chaat and hot chocolate chai and mango lassi cheesecake. Well worth dropping in try some of what they have to offer. Can be found at some street food markets as well. Very tuned in to improving wellbeing of local community.

Delicious, well presented - Edit
Small cosy restaurant, perfect for curry lovers and Indian /Asian food lovers. To be honest it's one of the most memorable vegan foods I've come across. Everything about it was full of flavours. Staff were charming, welcoming, bring your own beer / booze (£2 per head) . Looking forward for to going again!

Amazing place - Edit
I get takeaway from here pretty often and it’s always fantastic. Fresh, flavourful and filling. My fave is the masala dosa (Indian savoury pancake) and the chai drink. When I’ve sat in the staff are always lovely and there’s a nice cozy vibe (there’s only 3 or 4 tables). Decent prices for the quality and quantity you get too
