we’ve lived in the springs for almost 2 years now and Elephant Thai has been a favorite! love that they have an all vegan menu - the udon ginger & kabocha squash are some of our favorites😄
This is one of the regular spots that we go to. Hans and everyone here is so kind. They have a separate vegan menu and also have gluten free options. The Pad Se Ew is the best I’ve had here in the springs. The PANKO tofu is AMAZING! Check them out as well as their sister restaurant, Chaang Thai.
This place has become my favorite restaurant. There are so many vegan options, everything is always fresh and tasty, and the staff are wonderful. My favorites are the vegan spring rolls with tofu, pad Thai, and yellow curry. Highly recommend!!
My wife and I live on the east side of town and most of our favorites vegan spots are so far away, this place is so close and so good. Dangerous really. We loved the very large all vegan menu! We ordered a Thai iced tea with coconut milk, 2 appetizers, and three entrees. (And a couple to go boxes 😅)Everything we ordered was really good, especially the pineapple fried rice #Veganuary
Lots of vegan goodness! They have paper menus but check out their online vegan menu to see all the options in one place.
We tried the chef specials Pa Ram Tofu and Red Curry with Kabocha Squash. The curry was spicy, be sure you like spice. Everything was fresh and well seasoned.
Mostly anything can be made vegan, just have to ask for vegan spring rolls either tofu or veggies only. Most of the curry options and noodle options are vegan or can be made vegan very easily
