Restaurante com opções veganas

No cardápio experimentei apenas uma opção vegana com batatas e grão de bico. No dia que fui, não havia todos os ingredientes para o preparo do prato, como o queijo vegetal a base de soja.

Great Argentinian restaurant

Staff is really friendly and will walk you through the menu when you arrive, and explain about the vegan options (they speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese). I ordered the medallion, which is made of chickpeas and has mayo, caramelized onions, and tofu on top. It comes with a side of choice, homemade bread, and more mayo. I was really impressed by this dish! First of all, by how big the portion was. Then, by how tasty the elements that composed the dish were. I had to add a lot of salt to the potatoes, but other than that everything was spot on! They clearly put a lot of thought and effort into creating this vegan option and the result was a delicious and satisfying dish. Definitely recommended!
