Good food here

I thought the food was pretty good here but it's a much better value Monday through Friday when they have the meal of the day. Saturday the prices are noticeably higher and since most vegetarian places in the center are closed on the weekends there's not a lot of choice. At any rate I got the Quinotto, which was basically quinoa and a few chopped vegetables such as artichokes and mushrooms and a little bit of white wine. It was tasty and filling. It was fairly monochromatic so I wish that it had some colorful vegetables such as broccoli and carrots thrown in.

Pros: Tasty

Cons: Much more expensive on Saturday

classic vegetarian food

It's an old restaurant, with classic chilean dishes, the portions are huge ,you can order most of the salads without cheese or eggs

Pros: location, portions, history

Cons: some waiters are rude, almost all foods are vegetarian

Fresh and pure

Really good and outstanding fresh and pure food. Vegan options are not declared but eggs and cheese seem are written as ingredients and you can ask the staff about what is vegan and what can be veganized.

Not vegan friendly

Algo modificado y sustituido. Todos sabemos cómo va eso. Hay lugares mucho mejores. Además es caro para lo que ofrecen. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Pros: Localización

Cons: Caro, Pocas opciones veganas

Desayuno

Cons: Casi nada vegano

Pros: Para vegetarianos funciona

Cons: No especifica origen de productos

Comida casera veganizable

Opciones veganas o veganizables.

I usually go to this place, but they have like rice, french fries and some salads. They use egg an cheese in almost everything! I Told them about this but didnt care.

Pros: Good staff, Nice juices

Cons: Few vegan options, we cant live on french fries!

not so good paella

Although I couldn't wait to go eat in this restaurant, I left it a little disappointed. The paella was looking beautiful, but lacking a lot of flavor.

El Naturista

Nice place in the evening, but really crowded at lunch, really crowded. Felipi was very helpful. There is a menu in English, but practice your Spanish anyways. The nachoes are vegan and amazing. A must have!!

Pros: Friendly, Inexpensive

very central, but also very busy...

Well you're going to have a hard time as a veggie in chile. So this place won't be to your satisfaction, but it's still the easiest veggie food in Santiago. I actually think the second review on this place is written by me short after i went there, but the happy cow wasn`t this professionell with your own profile an stuff...

Pros: very central, fast

Cons: not cheap, staff is slow, not to many choices in food

Looked at menu

This place doesn't have a daily lunch special and I just looked at their menu and wasn't impressed. Salads and pastas, very little protein on the menu. I chose not to go in. Hop on the metro and visit el huerto.

Average food and service

This restuarant lacked atmosphere. I only visited once, as I found much better vege options in Santaigo, but the food I had was bland. The service was also fairly average and it was like eating in a basic cafeteria. However, I could recommend the fruit salad for those after a light meal downtown.

Pros: Central

Cons: Bland food, Average service, Little atmopshere
