Limited vegan options in Biescas - Edit
Restaurant where you have to make a reservation and inform them that you're vegan so they can prepare some vegan options. They offered us gazpacho, escalivada, leek with vinaigrette, and vegetable noodles. For dessert, they had melon with coconut mousse and fruit sorbets. They didn't have vegan milk. The food was good, but there were no protein options. The service was excellent, and there is a baby changing table available.

Traditional restaurant that adapts vegan dishes (only if you book in advance and tell them you are vegan). For starters you can choose between leek with vinaigrette, gazpacho or escalivada. For main course they prepare noodles with coconut milk which is mildly spicy. For dessert they offer melon with coconut and mint mousse or homemade sorbets. The food is very good and the service is attentive. But it is essential to book in advance, otherwise there are no vegan options available.
