Spinach and chickpeas is the star - Edit
The menu has a vegan section. I highly recommend the Spinach Chickpea and Gaspacho. If I could go back in time I would get a full plate of spinach and tapas of the soup. If you do get the spinach save your bread for dipping it or ask for more. The mix veggies were ok.

Tasty Lunch! - Edit
Stopped by while wandering the area. We were greeted and seated kindly. Interesting design with many rooms making place feel intimate. Ordered vegan tapas and paella. Takes extra time for paella which we were informed about during order. Everything tasted fresh and nicely spiced so vegetables are the stars. Would return!

Clearly labeled vegan section - Edit
Had about 6 vegan tapas in a separate section of their menu. The spinach and chickpeas were really good - the flavoring of some others was just ok. Could have more variety of vegan tapas - mainly just vegetables.

Tasty but be wary of queues - Edit
Very tasty place, but you need to ask about options being vegan - they're not clearly marked but waiter English is perfect and it's easy to communicate. I ordered gaspacho and vegetable paella, both they were very good. From desserts I didn't order but was told that pear in wine and chocolate was vegan.
Read moreBe aware of queue and possible wait times. Speak to waiter as soon as you come as he often has waiting list with names and calls people in. Simply standing in the line won't do. We weren't very lucky as we ended up waiting for an hour.

Spanish restaurant with good vegan options - Edit
Near the cathedral, this restaurant offers several vegan options at an affordable price.
Read moreI took the gaspacho in a small size and paid 3,60€. It needed a bit more of olive oil and bread but it was really good for the price 👌
They have other options as grilled peppers, grilled artichoke with a sauce, pisto (mix of grilled veggies), spinash with chickpeas which are all local dish.
Pros: Vegan options , Portions (small and big), Price

Perfect spot for vegan paella - Edit
Was on the hunt for some vegan paella so decided to try out this place. I read online that there can be long queues as its very popular and quite a small space, however we arrived at around 7pm and was seated straight away. They have a selection of vegan tapas available here as well as the vegetable paella which is 100% vegan - I had this and it was really tasty. Very flavoursome and amazing value for money. The guys in here were super friendly too and made us feel really welcomed!

We did enjoy our tapas here but would have liked more hot options. The mixed vegetable dish was delicious and although we did enjoy the others they were cold options. We did have pears for dessert and they were yummy!

Separate vegan tapas menu - Edit
This place was great, the atmosphere was nice and the staff were really friendly. It's nice that there is a vegan menu so you can still enjoy a tapas meal out with non-vegan friends. Definitely recommend the spinach & chickpeas, the mixed vegetables were ok too. The gazpacho was nice but you get a lot of it.

Nice paella - Edit
There were more veggie and vegan options than expected at El Librero. I had the vegetable paella, which tasted similar to one I had made before at home. I thought it would be more fragrant, however it was tasty and filled my hunger.

Disappointing - Edit
The menu here is well labeled with lots of good options. Unfortunately, my vegan paella was completely bland. I spoke to some of the other patrons, and they were also disappointed with the food.

Decepcionante, la paella no es paella. El arroz de boletus está bien. En general, muy caro para la calidad de comida que tiene.

Very friendly service. Lots of vegan options were marked on the menu. It was really nice to have so many choices and the paella and gazpacho were great. If you eat outside it's a great place to people watch.

Vegan tapas & paella - Edit
We visited this little restaurant for dinner one evening. Given its location in the old city, it is popular with tourists but it still manages to feel fairly authentic and the food is pretty good. There are quite a few vegan tapas on the menu - maybe five or six choices, including grilled artichokes, roast peppers, pisto and a very good garbanzos con espinacas.
Read moreThey are also have a vegetable paella & a mushroom paella, both of which are vegan. If you have a few tapas to get things going, one paella is big enough for two to share. We had the vegetable version, which was tasty enough but not amazing.
Given the lack of good vegan options in Seville, this is a pretty good choice. Worth four stars but definitely not five.

Good option for dinner - Edit
Considering lack of places with vegan dishes in Sevilla, I think it’s a good option to choose. They have a few vegan tapas (not marked in the menu but the waiter checked for us, do ask though) and 2 vegan paellas : vegetable one and a mushroom one. It’s not the best paella I’ve had in my life, but I enjoyed it. We tried both, the mushroom (boletus) one was delicious (it was more like a risotto but really tasty), vegetable one was a bit plain. But, again, if you’re struggling to find a place with vegan options, I would definitely advise this restaurant. Have to mention that it’s a popular place and you might need to wait to be seated (you can’t reserve a table in advance).

Good place to go with omnis - Edit
It's not the best vegan food, but a good place to go with omnis. Several things are available as tapas or a main; including artichokes, spinach and chickpea, roasted peppers, and mixed vegetables. Bread available with oil and salt. Vegetable paella is vegan, and a portion is quite large. We had 4 tapas plus bread, and two paella between 3.

Good paella - Edit
We walked over here one evening for dinner, but it was closed. It was only about 8:30pm on a night that they were supposed to be open. This happens sometimes in Seville.
Read moreWe went back a day or two later during the day and we were able to get a table outside for lunch. We wanted to sit outside because we didn’t want to be sitting in the cheese shop. There are only two tables outside, so, roll the dice and hope for the best if you want to sit outside.
The paella was very good. We also had some gazpacho and garbanzo & spinach. The garbanzo spinach dish (I forget what this is called) was very good, and we thought about order a second plate of it to share.
The server kind of forgot about us though, and it took forever to get the bill, even after asking for it.
This is in a cheese shop, so if that bothers you, stay away. We were lucky enough to get a table outside away from the cheese, but you might get seated next to a huge piece of cheese.
I would go here again for the paella. There weren’t many restaurants in Seville serving vegan paella, so it’s worth that, but there are better places to eat with better ambience in the area.
Pros: Paella, Spinach & garbanzo, Gazpacho
Cons: Cheese everywhere, Few outdoor tables, Slow service
