Beyond Meat here… - Edit
I’ve passed by several locations of this local Mexican restaurant chain and by happenstance decided to look at their menu. Turns out they do offer Beyond Meat which can be used in most of their offerings from tostadas to burritos to tacos. No vegan cheese though. I had the hard shell taco combo and found the “meat” was well seasoned and flavorful. It’s certainly a place you can come with your non-vegan friends and still enjoy a satisfying meal.

Pros: Beyond Meat and veggie substitutions available , Very good service , Nice restaurant space with bar
