Decent Mongolian bbq

At this restaurant you build your own stir-fry noodle bowls that they cook in front of you. It’s been a while since i went so i don’t remember if there were vegan protein options. But between the noodles and veggies, there’s more than enough options to make a hearty vegan meal.

I asked them to clean off the grill before cooking my food so as not to cross-contaminate and they were happy to accommodate.
