The vegan options are cleary labelled but unfortuantely all they offer are a few sorbets. The more creative options like matcha or black sesame contain dairy, which is a bit disappointing.

I occasionally go for lunch to the "Alte Markthalle" with my colleagues, and often we go to Eisuru for desert.
Read moreThis time all the flavours were vegan - so a large choice for me! I tried cassis and maracuja, and it was fruity and flavourful - like drinking fresh juice.
They have a wonderful "Schoggi Intenso" (intense dark chocolate) ice cream. But I tried it before going vegan, so do check. All vegan ice creams are marked clearly visible with a green "V" - so no worries about confusion :-)
Moreover, the people there are always friendly.
