Eiko & Company is a little coffee shop on the main street in Ureshino, across the street from the Champion Pachinko Parlor. Serve coffee and makes vegan sweets like brownies, cookies, and muffins. Offers a vegan lunch plate. Now serving breakfast. Reopened Oct 2019. Open Tue-Sun 7:00am-10:00am. Closed Mon.

Irregular hours

Not open when I went. Apparently they are closed for the month. It is worth giving them a ring ahead to avoid disappointment as their hours seem to be irregular. However if you miss out here you can easily get the Ureshino speciality of tofu cooked in the hot spring water. It is vegan unless they add a fish side dish so just request it without.

Also the Happy Cow directions are wrong. Try their Facebook for the correct mapping.

Cons: Not open for the hours advised.
