Delicious Liangpi

My Chinese (non-vegan) friend recommended this restaurant to me and I was so happy to see that it was on HappyCow! This dish is traditionally plant-based and vegan. It contains tofu skins, bean sprouts, cucumber, liangpi (rice noodles), chili oil, and a vinegary sauce. Its both light and a spicy creating a perfect balance of flavors. When everything is combined its the most delicious and refreshing meal I’ve had!

Staff speaks Korean and Mandarin.

HOW TO ORDER IN STORE:
- Upon arrival you’ll see an electronic kiosk with options of Korean, English, and Mandarin.
- Click on the noodle option of your choice, the one i always order is regular chili flakes as seen in the photos, but there is another option with a sesame peanut butter sauce.
- Please be aware that there are meats available in the “protein” options section
- There is an option of spice level below this, I chose not to add any heat to mine.
- Payment can be in cash or card via the kiosk

Really good food

Almost everything on the menu can be made vegan/ vegetarian, just inform the staff there. The food is really delicious and the portions are generous. I’m definitely going here often because the food is affordable and filling.

Tasty dish

I tried the liangpi dish that was recommended in the former review and it was delicious. The flavors are deep and the portions big. The only downfall is that vegan dishes are not indicated in the digital menu (so I think you have to ask the staff directly). Otherwise perfect for a quick and filling lunch
