No starters and disappointing main - Edit
We were in Bath for just one night with my Omni partner so wanted to try and get somewhere that would suit us both. I saw from another review that there was a few options for starters and mains. When I got there however there were no starters at all that were vegan bar bread and olives. I went for the bread which to be fair was nice but there was no vegan butter and when I asked for olive and balsamic I then had to ask for a plate to put the bread on and then a dish to dip (which never came). I ordered the veggie paella for the main. It was horrendously over cooked and absolutely swimming in oil. I sent it back and was kindly offered an alternative (two main choices) for which I wasn't keen. I ordered a plate of chips in the end because I felt awkward my partner was eating alone. They did offer me a cocktail on the house which was nice. Staff were okay but seemed a bit unknowledgeable about the vegan menu. When I asked if there were any vegan desserts I got handed the menu and told 'have a look'. Did feel isolated as a vegan in there which is a shame as sometimes in Omni places it can feel much more inclusive.

Flavorful and Fun Vegan Experience - Edit
Edesia is a Latin American restaurant located in Bath, England. The atmosphere is lively with Latin music playing in the background. The seating is very comfortable.
Read moreThere are many vegan and vegan available options. Each is different and unique, with lots of flavor. We started with the BBQ Mushroom Taco and the Beetroot Ceviche. The taco starter came with two small tacos. The flavors were wonderful but the oyster mushrooms were hard to bite into without the taco falling apart. The Beetroot ceviche had a very nice presentation but fell a little flat on flavor.
For entrees/mains we had the vegan burger and the three-way cauliflower. The burger was a home run with lots of flavor and nice presentation. It included yummy fries. The cauliflower dish had wonderful flavors and was very creative in its preparation. I would have preferred it a bit hotter in temperature. I enjoyed the flavors best when I mixed the three different preparations together.
We also had a side of the broccoli which had a nice lemon flavor and maintained some crunch without being too hard. I would have preferred a little less oil.
Overall experience was very nice!
Pros: Many vegan or vegan available options, Easy to share, Great service and fun atmosphere
Cons: Some food could have been warmer when served.
