Fresh flavours, bright colours, friendly service. Can’t recommend this place enough. We wanted a nutritious, vegan lunch and walked the 50 minutes or so from Athlone town centre for this delight. I had five salads (10 euro). My husband had the large falafel bowl (choice of three salads) with rice, falafel and hummus (11euro). Very soft delicious biscoff brownie (3.95 euro) to share, kombucha and coffee. Most of the salads are vegan. There is also a wrap option. Indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of free parking. Only open on some weekdays. Seems to be closed on weekends. Very friendly helpful staff. Fast service but they didn’t seem to mind us lingering. I think it closes at 3pm rather than the times stated on happy cow - so maybe check before visiting.

The owner was lovely and very knowledgeable and helpful with vegan salads, wraps, and noodles bowls available with hummus or falafel, soy and coconut based yoghurt smoothies, and a variety of plant milks! Would absolutely recommend!
