Lots of tasty dishes - Edit
They have a separate vegan menu with a wide variety of starters and mains. Friendly staff, food was freshly prepared and can be customised both in ingredients and level of spiciness. I tried the Tom Yum soup, which was amazing with all the different flavours; the tempura, which was a huge portion of crispy fried different vegetables with a great sweet and sour sauce; the phad thai, which had fried noodles and a delicate sauce; and the sweet and sour, which had a slight bbq flavour and a lot of tofu. Definitely recommend.

Delicious and super vegan friendly - Edit
They have a separate vegan menu online, which has so so many options! Ordered a bunch of food to go so I could try a variety. The tom yum soup and veggies tempura were on par with the best I’ve had! Phad Thai was standardly good. The sweet and sour sauce had a bit of a BBQ taste - interesting because the tempura sauce tasted exactly like sweet and sour sauce (and was so good). Really friendly staff. So cool to have a restaurant like this in Granite Falls!

What a tasty, healthy delight! - Edit
Two of us feasted on vegan entrees - garlic broccoli and swimming rama with tofu. Both were great, with just the right amount of spice at three stars. Our lunchtime guest had yellow curry with chicken and one star of spice. He declared it perfect.

A vegan Thai feast! - Edit
I had a wonderful experience at Eat Thai, a restaurant in Granite Falls that serves authentic and fresh Thai food with vegan options. I ordered three dishes, and they were all delicious and satisfying.
Read moreThe first dish was the broccoli bombs, which were roasted garlic and broccoli with sea salt and lime. I’m not a fan of broccoli, but these were amazing. They were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and had a nice tangy flavor from the lime.
The second dish was the udon rama, which was garlic, onions, broccoli, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, and peanut sauce with udon noodles. This was a hearty and savory dish, with a rich and creamy peanut sauce that coated the noodles and vegetables. The udon noodles were thick and chewy, and the vegetables were fresh and crunchy.
The third dish was the cashew delight, which was bell peppers, onions, carrot, celery, mushrooms, baby corns with house sauce. I chose the medium spiciness level, which was perfect for me who cannot tolerate too much heat. The dish was flavorful and spicy enough to make me sweat a little, but not too much to overwhelm my taste buds. The cashews added a nice crunch and nuttiness to the dish.
I enjoyed every bite of my dishes, and I was impressed by the quality and quantity of the food. The service was also friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. I would definitely recommend Eat Thai to anyone who loves Thai food or wants to try some vegan dishes. It’s a great place to eat in Granite Falls. 😊
Pros: Friendliness, Outdoor deck, Generous portions
