Frequent Customer

Eat Right Delights (E.R.D.) is an awesome spot for vegetarians like myself. The chef knows I'm head over heels for the buffalo crispy tofu sandwich. It hits the spot every single time! Order over the phone about 20 minutes before you're ready for lunch, swing by, and lunch is ready for you! I always enjoy my meals. I tried the buffalo crispy tofu on a wrap for the first time yesterday and it was delicious!

Wow

This takeaway counter is located far from the touristic area, in an almost creepy neighbourhood/building (suggest you take the bus or taxi) BUT the food was truly amazing. We had sweet and sour tofu, a soup, a salad, a black bean burger with coleslaw and everything was really good. Wish they would deliver to hotels. We would definitely go back.

Pros: Amazingly good, All made to order, Reasonably priced

Cons: Location not ideal, No tables, only a small “bar” that can sit 3, Made to order so you have to be patient

Vegan gem on an offbeat track

What a nice surprise to find in Nassau, albeit off the beaten track for tourists. At first glance it is a meager hole in the wall upon where a darken kitchen and Shanique, the chef are all you see. But the scant premises in no way reflects the quality of food. Try the Thai noodles, lentil loaf or cassoulet. We are definitely going back before we leave. Also, the portion versus the price are fabulous for a place like Nassau.

Pros: Quality and flavors of selection, Portion size & pricing, Friendly service

Cons: Location for tourists, Not a sit down restaurant/just take out

Great!!!

Buffalo Crispy Tofu Sandwich was soooo delicious and high quality!!! You should try it :)
Place is very small, but you can eat there if you want.
First I went there, and second I asked delivery service.

This restaurant is very popular with locals too, I talked with some locals while I was enjoying my sandwich, they were not vegetarian or vegan, but they like this restaurant because menu is so tasty!!
Chef is soooo talented and friendly, I want this restaurant in Tokyo ;)

Super delicious take out

My family just ate the lunch we got here, and it was fantastic. We got the buffalo tofu sandwich and the "small" spaghetti and meatballs. I used quotes because it felt like a pretty big portion. We loved the food. The people were friendly and the prices are low for the area. Sandwiches were $9 each and small spaghetti was $7.

As others have noted there is no place to eat your food there, it is take-out only. It can be hard to find a cab for the return trip, so best is to call ahead so the food is ready and the same cab can take you back as brought you out.

It was great to finally get a taste of the local Bahamian flavors in a vegan form.

Pros: Delicious, Vegan, Friendly

Cons: Takeout only

love the veggie fettuccine

Eat Right Delight is awesome. My favorites are the corn fritters and the veggie fettuccine. Totally delish, totally fresh. Everything is cooked to order so order ahead of time to reduce/eliminate wait time. I totally recommend this eatery for vegans.

Interesting Experience

The place is not really a restaurant. It is a small take-out place, so there is no place to seat and eat there. Everything is cooked fresh to order. It is about 20 minutes by bus from downtown with the local bus #16 (21a also works). The food is simple, home-made, and fresh. The Buffalo Chick’n sandwich was by far my best choice.

Pros: Home-made food

Cons: No place to eat

Did they have much on the menu that was vegan but whole foods, not mock meats?
