Great find off the beaten path - Edit
Chickpea, quinoa, beet, carrot, cucumber and alfalfa sprout bowl was delicious. Latte with soy milk was very nice, too. Wraps and paninis looked good. It would be nice to have non-disposable cutlery and dishes for those eating in.

Really lovely vegan cafe experience in Vernon - Edit
Such a delight to find an all vegan cafe in what is not an all vegan market. It’s nice to have the market there though. A really clever set up with so many options, and nice staff.

Cool find! - Edit
Vernon is not a Mecca for vegan food so finding a local organic market with a plant-based bistro inside was a treat. Too hungry for food pics but I took some of the spot while I waited. We got a wrap and a breakfast bagel (I got the gf bagel). And we got an Americano and a Mocha for the road. Lots of vegan snacks and groceries in the attached store.

Vegan Wet Dream - Edit
Practically unlimited tasty, healthy and affordable vegan options. Vegan hot sandwiches (paninis) and cold sandwiches (vegan ham and cheese), smoothies, smoothie bowls, salads, grain bowls, muffins, pastries, juices. Entire deli section of the grocery story is 100% plant-based. I had the spring salad and berry smoothie, both were incredible. I also got to try one of their vegan chickn sandwiches, one of the best I've ever had.

"Too many" Choices? - Edit
In a world where Plant-based and Vegan options are one or two. This bistro has all Plant-based and Vegan choices. It's almost hard to decide what to have, everything looks delicious. And I can testify-under Oath if need be-that I had the best BBQ Chick'n Panini here.

It’s plant based. - Edit
Rude service. Not sure what her problem was, but she should’ve stayed home.
Read moreDry bake goods, so make sure to bring water. The granola has some sort of chocolate in it which is a lawsuit waiting to happen. So if you have little kids, or don’t want to chip a tooth, be careful when eating the smoothie bowl.
I did talk to one of their staff and she shrugged her shoulders and remarked “it’s chocolate in the granola and yes it’s hard”. So they are well aware of it, but choose to use that brand of granola instead of choosing something more delicious and can be enjoyed by all.

Vegan place in Vernon! - Edit
We've been coming to Vernon pretty much every year for the last decade or so. As vegans, we got used to having to bring all the vegan food with us since there were very few options available in local supermarkets, not to mention the lack of places that would serve vegan dishes. So we were absolutely delighted to discover that there's finally a place that has a great selection of plant based products as well as a deli! The food selection at the deli is not that extensive and the offerings are mostly "snack-like" i.e. mostly wraps, sandwiches, paninis, smoothies, muffins etc. But still, finally something! The staff is super friendly and we'll be more than delighted to go back!

Nice vegan offerings + vegan cafe - Edit
Eat Good Market is a small health food store offering many organic and vegan products (as well as non-vegan foods, but quite few). Obviously the selection of vegan products can't be compared to big "hippie" cities like Vancouver and Montreal, but it is more than enough. I found vegan ice cream, burgers, sausages, cheeses, frozen pizzas, etc. There are also items such as fruits, vegetables, juices, bread, dried and canned beans, sauces, pastas, grains, cereals, baking stuff, chocolates, plant milks, protein powders, supplements, personal care products, etc. An all-vegan cafe inside the market offers smoothies, sandwiches, wraps, and some desserts.

Great place to eat and stock up on vegan items - Edit
Stopped off here en route to Kelowna ( and way back) . The cafe does great smoothies and light food items- regular stream of people which was great. The supermarket is mostly vegetarian - lots of organic and vegan items- organic bakery next door and the deli also stocks their products. We really liked this place - would definitely return if passing through.

Excellent Food and Service - Edit
Just discovered this newer deli/market and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the restaurant food. At first i thought there were meat items on the menu because of some of the names (ie.' chicken' wrap) but was happy to find out that it is all 100% vegan.

Amazing cafe and great store selection - Edit
I was really impressed by this place! The cafe is 100% vegan and has healthy choices (smoothies and smoothie bowls) as well as comfort food (burgers and cupcakes.) Great coffee too! It's on the pricier side but the food was great so I would say it's worth it.
Read moreThe grocery store is not completely vegan but they carry hard-to-find vegan items (perogies, specialty cheez, gourmet tempeh, ice cream, etc.) The meat and dairy section is smaller than the plant-based section which made my day.
Pros: Huge vegan selection, Stocks hard-to-find items, Perogies!
Cons: Pricey, Grocery store is not all vegan (cafe is all vegan)

Nice place - Edit
This place is solid. The sandwiches are very tasty. Wish they had a few more options, but I enjoyed the Chicken Caeser wrap and the Breakfast bagel, both of which were well made and fairly priced. I would not go out of my way to come here, but it does the trick in Vernon.

Vegan deli in healthfood/grocery store - Edit
The only vegan eatery in town! (May 2018) The deli serves soup, sandwiches, wraps, smoothies and more. All the food at the deli is vegan, and there are some gluten-free items. The staff pick of the day was Beyond Meat chicken Caesar wrap, so I had that as well as a roasted-vegetable sandwich (mushrooms, peppers, zucchini, onion and Vegenaise) on GF bread, to take away. The two soups of the day were borscht and sweet potato. There are three tables and a bar to eat at.
Read moreThe shop is spacious and carries many well-known brands as well as local fare and a good section of local, fresh produce.
Pros: all-vegan deli, pleasant service
