Serves meat, vegan options available. By day a Japanese lunch restaurant, by night a tapas bar. The main menu is offered all day, and vegans could have edamame, cauliflower karaage (ask for no mayo), yamaimo (pickled yam), nasu (pickled eggplant), ga-den salad (avocado, romaine with wasabi dressing but omit prawn and shrimp crackers). At lunch there is a vegetable bento box (say no miso soup and egg tofu). For dinner, there's agedashi tofu, jimamidofu (tofu made of peanuts), salted brussel sprouts, pickled okra, soy milk hot pot (ask for no chicken and meringue). There are also fried vegetable dishes but likely uses same fryer as non-veg food. Previously named Guu Garden. Open Tue-Thu 5:00pm-10:00pm, Fri-Sat 5:00pm-12:00am, Sun 5:00pm-10:00pm.

Unique for Date Night - Edit
I went here with my partner on our date night, definitely a different experience compared to a regular Japanese spot. The atmosphere is great, it’s big and has plenty of different spots to be seated. We sat at the bar, and our bartender was great.
Read moreThe vegan options aren’t a ton, but still great for cocktails, and the prices are decent.
Pros: Unique Japanese Food, Great Cocktails, Decent Price
Cons: Not Many Vegan Options, Can Be Busy

Tasty! - Edit
There was only one vegetarian option on the lunch menu when I went, but tell your server that you would like to eat vegan and they are very accomodating. The tempura cauliflower was incredibly delicious!!
