PLEASE STOP IGNORING US

Hello,

I am leaving you a message on here as you do not seem to be acknowledging our WhatsApp messages, Instagram messages or emails.

We have been waiting for our refund for over 6 months now. Nearly a year after paying.

You have repeatedly told us you will be processing our refund in a few days/a week or two but have failed to do so over and over again for months and ignored us when we have tried to contact you about this.

We are absolutely sure this is a simply mistake on your behalf and that you will be processing our refund imminently.

We would appreciate it if you would contact us to confirm this asap and once this is done we will be happy to remove this.
