Delicious vegan comfort food - Edit
One of two food trucks they have on Maui, Amazing vegan comfort food. Had the smothered fries, pulled pork sandwich and street tacos. Not all at once! But came back several times. The crème brûlée was great as well. Found the location near the airport was more reliable than the second in Lahaina. Stopped by that one twice and each time it was temporary closed. Might want to call before heading to that second location near the Safeway to check. But if you’re stuck, Moku Roots cafe is nearby. Heh.

OMG!!! OMG!! OMG! I'm impressed and wish I could give a thousand stars to this place! The food here is so incredibly delicious. I have had the Mexican tacos several times now and love them. The fries are super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, to die for. I've tried both the bbq and thai version of their fries and loved them. The seitan was so delicious. I have to pace myself going back here! SO DELICIOUS!

Ordered the Buddha bowl; normally they wok the veggies with a lot of oil, but asked if they could steam them instead and they were willing to accommodate. It was delicious!

The vegan fish tacos were delicious! This is the perfect stop after getting off the plane and before going to costco! It’s in a spot with other food trucks and there were some shaded outdoor tables to enjoy our treats.

So happy to find this spot right by the airport. We were starving after our flight and this was the perfect meal to start off the vacation! Gyro and pulled pork fries were both delightful and filling. Got creme brûlée for desert after and it was such a treat. Highly recommend. We’ll be hitting it up again before our flight for sure!

We were so hungry and this place is so close to the airport! OMG the food is bomb and worth every cent. They had a special of teriyaki fries which were amazing. Then I got the Thai chicken tacos. So delicious! We are definitely going back before our flight home!

A lot of fun options for vegans that you wouldn’t ordinarily eat - like fish and chips (my husband said it was really good 👍🏽) My falafel bowl was pretty good, but not the best! They were out of my first choice. Overall good food with nice customer service!

We wound up splitting the Aloha Burger bc everything was so expensive and we weren’t sure if we’d like it. It was $16 just for the burger and didn’t even include a side. Our son got the cheese quesadilla for $9 and for some reason it came with ketchup as the side. He just said it was ok. We wound up going to Whole Foods after just to get some more food bc we were still hungry. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again.

This is a food truck located in a lot with other food trucks. We ordered the falafel wrap and grilled vegan chicken wrap. I enjoyed mine but my partner did not enjoy his. The food could have been better prepared and more tasty. I thought the chicken wrap was okay but the falafel was not that great.
Service***
Two friendly guys working the truck that we’re accommodating and provided us with all needed utensils and napkins. We were called up when it was time to get the food. They also offered tap water.
Atmosphere***
Nice, outdoor atmosphere. Obviously, this would not be ideal in rainy weather but there is a covering that would protect you.
Price$$
Worth it for what you get and portion sizes.

Fantastic Vegan Food Cart - Edit
My favorite place on Maui for a quick, delicious meal of plant-based food, especially the Kahalui location! I'm on the island frequently and stop by Earth Aloha Eats often - I've never been disappointed with any of their food, the friendliness, or their excellent service. Absolutely everything on their menu is plant-based (vegan), but it's so delicious that my omnivore spouse always eats there with me. There aren't a ton of options for vegans on Maui (although it's getting better) and this food cart is tops for me. My favorites are the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, the Pulled Pork, the Grilled Chicken Wrap, and the Thai Chicken Taco. Excellent food, great people, great location in Kahalui!
