Hidden gem in South Phoenix - Edit
We ate there for the first time today, and it was awesome! I got the Dr. J sandwich and the Inca Warrior smoothie. The smoothie was like a chocolate milkshake with a hint of cayenne spice. The sandwich had tasty sausage and tofu with a little spinach and avocado. The sauce was delicious. I like that they don’t shy away from good vegan protein sources. The owner even gave us a free pastry because they were busy and we had to wait a few minutes. We’ll be back for sure!

This little vegan joint is the cutest. Krystal, the owner, and her employees are very friendly and welcoming. Food was delish and perfect amount given. A great spot to have found when temporarily working in Phoenix, thanks to happy cow.

Delicious - Edit
Delicious. Really good, flavorful vegan food. The ciabatta bread for sandwiches doesn't leave you feeling heavy. Cold pressed juices Apple-(Lemon/Ginger & Coconut/Ginger) were refreshing. The sweet potato cream cheese icing pastry...yum! Super friendly staff. I definitely will visit again and recommend to others.

Nice Little Place - Edit
Went here today for the first time. We had coffee, grilled cheese sandwiches and a sweet potato bar. The coffee was ok. The beans were over roasted to be drank black. In a latte would have been good. The sweet potato bar was very good. It was moist, perfect sweetness and a really good icing. The grilled cheese was on a toasted ciabatta with grilled onions and tomato. They use two house-made cheeses. It was not the grilled cheese of my pre-vegan life. It was something on a completely different level. I’m going to be thinking about this sandwich for a while. They don’t have an outdoor dining area. We took our food to the 7th Street trailhead of the Rio Salado Habitat Restoration Area and ate while watching the birds.

Great Break...fast! - Edit
Was visiting the area for a youth soccer tournament Friday - Monday... Vegan options are always a challenge, especially for breakfast... Was so thankful to have found this gem! From the breakfast sandwiches to the morning cakes to the smoothies, everything was delicious. We stopped in almost every day we were there. Even had the non-vegan players looking forward to their meals!

Great breakfast sandwiches - Edit
Everyone should run to check this place out! So happy to have a good vegan breakfast spot near south mountain. We tried the Dr J sandwich, Red Bird sandwich, cold brew & a couple of their baked goods. Everything was so good! The red bird is spicy with a nice garlic kick and the Dr J was more of a classic breakfast sandwich with avocado, tofu egg, sausage and tomato. I love that almost everything is house made including their cheese. The staff was really friendly and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner Crystal (hoping I spelled her name right). She was so upbeat and helpful with explaining the menu. I will definitely be back.

New Vegan near South Mountain - Edit
We stopped in for wings at Trash Panda Vegan Food Truck but left with so much more. Tried Butter Cup smoothie, grabbed some salads, chicken breast, jerky, and bakery item. So excited to have another vegan restaurant. Great location to hiking South Mountain.
