Delicious Empanadas and the best vegan alfajor of Chile - Edit
We got all the available empanada flavours: pino de soya, seitan y queso and pastel de choclo (they also sell this filling as a whole meal). All are prepared with wholegrain flour that supports the savoury flavour. We liked all of them. Seitan y queso and pastel de choclo have a wider range of flavours due to the more diverse composition of the filling. The crust of all variants was soft even though they are baked and not fried. Only the crust at the top of the seitan y queso empanada was a little dry as it stands high.

We also tried the snicker and the alfajor. Both created a really good chocolate sensation. The snicker had a really creamy filling and the even the alfajor was moisty. Having tried only crumbly alfajores before in Chile, we were delighted by this tasty bit. Outstanding.
The owners were very kind to us and one of them lives vegan. Every sweet with a green sign is vegan.
