Ci sono scelte sia vegetariane che vegane, e la persona che era con me, onnivora, si é leccata i baffi con tutti i piatti assaggiati!
Ottima anche la carta dei vini.

Siamo capitati qui di passaggio a Vasto e devo dire che il cibo era tutto delizioso. Ci sono proposte sia vegetariane che vegane curate nell’equilibrio dei sapori. Il posto è piccolino e ha la cucina a vista. L’unica pecca secondo me è che il proprietario non è molto accogliente, anzi lo definirei un po’ scontroso.

Read moreHo provato vari ristoranti in Italia e per me loro sono in cima alla classifica, e non per campanilismo (il ristorante è nella città in cui vivo), ma perchè hanno la capacità di creare dei piccoli capolavori culinari, un mix di sapori e consistenze che sono una vera gioia per le papille.
Ci torno regolarmente e lo consiglio vivamente a vegani e non.

I think the restaurant should be renamed as the 'Grumpy Vegan'. The food is great, a lovely selection, we enjoyed a lovely bottle of organic red and it would have been perfect, if only the owner would understand that part of his job is making guests feel welcome.

Ristorante vegano che non accetta cani al suo interno. Evidentemente ha fatto una scelta plant-based solo per un fatto economico e di profitto. La scelta vegana dovrebbe avere in sé anche un atteggiamento di rispetto e inclusione verso gli animali.

Nice Veg restaurant in Vasto - what a surprise! - Edit
The place is beautiful. You can even see the chef cooking. So cozy! The menu changes sometimes, some dishes were ok, but we really loved the Greek style aubergines and the Moroccan tajin. All vegan, obviously. Also, the wines were vegan too!

Opening hours on google, their website, facebook and on here are wrong!
Read moreIf u want to make the trip here and be sure you get food, definitely call before. We were a bit disappointed by that.
I think its especially important to have correct opening hours for vegan restaurants as people go out of their way and make a trip.
Anyway, I wish you others all an amazing experience here though!😄

What a wonderful discover! I was on vacation in Vasto with a vegetarian friend (me being vegan) and often the most stressful part in those cases is choosing a place to eat out. They have a seasonal menu that they change every 15 days and local vegan wines. Strongly suggested!

Wonderful surprise in historic vasto - Edit
Wonderful surprise, we had one of our best meals during our holiday in Abruzzo. We started with a savoury cheesecake with summer vegetables and fruit and taralli crumble, followed by vegan carbonara pasta with seitan and turmeric courgette. We then opted for chickpea, carrot, and ginger falafel with purple cabbage salad and apple raita.

Great vegan resort in Vasto - Edit
A small and intimate place serving great food! Even the basket of bread is delicious. Vegetarian with almost half of the menu vegan choices. Vegan tiramisu to die for. Friendly staff and well located. I’d recommend booking a table it seems quite busy (for a reason!)
