Caribbean in the cut

I arrived later than expected and despite confusion over the hours of operation and being already closed, the owner was kind enough to sell me what was left and it was AMAZING. The Rasta pasta had the meatiest shrooms and perfect sauce to pasta ratio, and the mac and Cheeze was creamy and rich as well. I can’t wait to come back.

Pros: Large portions, Friendly staff and owner, YUM

Best Caribbean in south Florida.

Make sure you try at least one of their fresh juices. The food and flavors are spectacular.

This was an interesting yet pleasant experience. Don’t go in there not knowing what you want or he’s gonna give you a talking to 🤣🤣. It’s all love in there, vast variety of different things to eat and drink. Check it out!

Good Caribbean flavors

Recommend? If you're in the area.

I got the ital stew, the rasta pasta, veggies, [I think] veggie steak, and pine ginger.

Everything was delicious in its own right. . The stew has a kick to it. The rasta pasta was refreshing to the plate. The pine ginger was very gingery, as is expected, lol. Don't get it thinking they're going to skimp on that ginger flavor.

Not your average food truck

The meals presented by Chef Kofi are not your average food truck meals, they are delicious, plant based, beautifully plated and full of veggies...

I have had most of the menu items so far and they never disappoint. It's all restaurant grade meals.

Pros: Delicious , Plant based , Veggie oriented

Cons: Not a sit down restaurant

The amazingly Noxtail dish

Mannnnn.... I just had the "Noxtail" vegan dish that's made with the king oyster mushrooms and it was truly amazing! I honestly underestimated this dish. I didn't know it was going to be this dam good! My goodness, It was just packed with lots of flavor and it can definitely give Jamaican oxtails a run for its money. The flavor and spices were on point! The chef and his wife were very very friendly and the food was made with passion. Super clean. I honestly can't wait to go back and try some of their other dishes! I'm just disappointed that I'm just finding out about this spot!

Cons: Not enough open days and limited hours

Best vegan ox-tails EVER

Very good food. I had the nox-tail and and some type of fried vegan chicken sandwich made with oyster mushrooms and both were delicious. This was the fist vegan oxtail that I've tasted that even comes close to the real thing. The prices are a bit on the higher side of average( I think because of the high quality ingredients). But the food was well worth it. I highly recommend this spot.

Pros: All vegan

Your honest review means a lot to us... and yes! you are correct, our food is a little pricey because we are using premium ingredients. Also, to ensure the integrity of our food, we create all our meals from scratch using all natural ingredients without any processed veggie meats... as we grow and expand our intentions is finding sustainable ways to lower the price. Give thanks and hope to see you again.

Most Addicting Vegan Food Ever

Chef Kofi is amazing! I first had his food at a restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale, FL years ago, from then I was hooked! A friend and I hired him as a private chef for an event in June 2020. I met his amazing wife, Chef Macka. The two of them together are unstoppable. I instantly fell in love with their creative most flavorful dishes. Some even leave you guessing of it's really vegan. AND YES, IT IS 100%! He commits pure love and energy into his dishes. They definitely leave you coming back for more. Most weekends on Fri, Sat, and Sun for brunch, I make an effort to travel to their North Miami, FL location (not far away from the highway, extremely convenient). It's well worth it! You will never find his style or flavor in any restaurant chain which is what makes their vegan dishes soooo unique.

Pros: Unique flavorful taste, Convenient Location, Cleanliness & Earth Friendly
