Yummy vegan melt, but sad they removed vegan tacos and other vegan items from menu - Edit
I liked the vegan melt and felt it has a good flavor, and I appreciate they use a local vegan meat brand -- although, why no vegan cheese on a melt? It's not a melt without cheese! I also was sad to see that other vegan options were removed like the breakfast tacos listed on their online menu and now it's only the melt again. They can do better than that! Parking is a pain because it's downtown Springfield, but that's to be expected.

Too salty and barely any options - Edit
The place has a nice vibe but the food was left to be desired. Way too salty, from the potato chips, to the sandwich. The sandwich was very crunchy and the hash browns were nicely browned but felt oily. There is only 2 vegan options, 1 sandwich and a dip.

Convient and friendly. I mentioned I was vegan and they mentioned what was on the menu. Small menu with all items on one menu. I got the vegan melt. DELICIOUS! If I ever return to Springfield I will return for the breakfast option!!

Tried their Lux bagel and vegan melt. Food came in small portions but tasted great. Food was expensive for the amount given and the beer selection was not great. Overall a good experience and worth trying.

I had a vegan bowl with quinoa. There was some cold and warm temperatures competing in the bowl, but the flavors were delicious. They also had another banana dish on the menu. I was glad they had almond milk for coffee. It is a great traditional diner atmosphere.

The vegan burger is a soy based burger which is great for every vegan except me lol I’m allergic

No vegan cheese for a sandwich called the vegan melt which I thought was kinda lame
There were not options to make meals no oil which was terrible.
Over all it was a terrible experience
Great that offer some vegan options but I would never come here again

The vegan melt I got was amazing, included local vegan meat and thousand island sauce! The prices are affordable and there are a handful of vegetarian/vegan options.
