We chose to eat at Drifter's Wharf for the convenience as we had tickets to see live music there and at least they had one vegan option clearly marked on the menu. The staff were good, the food arrived quite quickly even though it was beginning to get busy. While I was grateful that they had a vegan option - I quietly groaned inside when the option was for a falafel burger as they are so often so dry and uninteresting. This was exactly what I was served. The bun tasted like it had lived in the freezer for a good while and then had little too long in a microwave as it was almost too tough to bite through to the overly dry falafel burger patty. Perhaps if there was more salad and a healthier dose of sauce (which was the nicest part of the whole thing) on the burger this would have relieved the crumbly dryness and the dense burger bun situation!
The restaurant itself is right on the water and a nice location. It was too cold to sit outside but can imagine in warmer times it would be a pleasant spot to be

Pros: Clearly listed vegan option (VOA), Nice location by the water
Cons: Not much care or flavour , Falafel burger super dry, Burger bun microwaved to the hilt
