Average Indian food; unkept setting - Edit
Everything could stand improvement including the hospitality, the service, the food, the interior and the exterior.

About the hospitality: No hello, no thank you, no goodbye, none of the usual dialogue.
About the service: Slow and inattentive. I waited 10 minutes to order (it was not busy). I was not asked if I wanted an additional beverage (a bottle of Kirkland brand water from Cosco is served with each meal). There were no check-backs after my meal was served. The itemized bill had a price higher than the price on the menu.
About the food: My meal tasted like average Indian food. It should NOT have taken 35 minutes to make (it was a slow time of the day and nobody else ordered before me).
About the interior: The windows are dirty. There are dead flies on the windowsill. The carpet needs vacuuming. There were unnecessarily loud noises coming from the kitchen (dishes & utensils clanging). There was no overhead music.
About the exterior: It looks run-down and unkept. There are weeds that are literally 2 to 5 feet tall growing in the rock beds. One of the decorative posts is broken and laying on its side. The lawn needs mowing. The parking lot needs sweeping.
Most of this can be fixed with zero cost by making some simple customer service changes, and with some sweat equity to clean up the place.
