Consistently ok burritos

I have been here at least 10 times, and always get a burrito-- 3 can be veganized: the veg and avo, fried veg and avo, and potato, which have some beans, rice, shredded lettuce, tomato, and avocado. They are well put together, but not mind-blowing. Still, if you're looking for a vegan option it can fit the bill. Also you can get them to veganize the fiesta bowl, but once the chili sauce (which contains meat) and cheese are gone, it's a little scant. There are a few more items that can be veganized-- I'll include pics of the menu.
Next time I go, and I would suggest (if you try the fiesta bowl)-- ask them to throw in some refried beans to replace meat/cheese to compensate and make it more filling and umami. You can pay for extra add ons like more avo, beans etc. but I will try to ask for these to be in there to sub the cheese and sour cream being taken out. If they do, I will update them from a 3 to a 4. It seems they are mostly focused on take-away orders so, though they are polite, the two owner-chefs and part-timer are always cooking and you have to make an effort to get any attention after ordering.
They have never mistakenly added anything, always ask in detail to double check if they're not sure about ingredients, and it's always clean and organized-- you can see into the kitchen.
Note: they are closed for a siesta. It's a good idea to call ahead as once or twice I arrived to find them closed during on hours.

***NEW LOCATION
Happy to see they reopened. It is in the same complex around the corner facing the big main road, near Adena Apartments
