Best Vegan Pupusas in Town

Dos Manos Pupuseria is a special food truck here in Santa Cruz. They are often found at the SC markets as well as on campus at UCSC, usually opening til 3.

I've tried their vegan pupusa which is made with black beans and avocado, and they are fantastic. A set of three for about $12 along with the classic Salvadorian slaw makes a complete meal. Homemade pupusas are hard to come by (especially vegan) so it's nice to find these options here in SC.
