Accommodating to food intolerances

This restaurant extended a warm welcome despite my numerous questions about ingredients and concerns about food intolerances. I am vegan also have intolerances to gluten and MSG. We also had 3 mostly vegan vegetarians in our group. The manager (owner?) cheerfully made numerous recommendations and substitutions to accommodate me. We ended ordering a full table full of mostly vegan (some vegetarian) food, which was all delicious. I highly recommend!
