Partendo dal presupposto che è l'unico all you can eat che conosco con un menù interamente vegano, trovo davvero bello che sia possibile trovare un posto del genere. Gradirei più varietà di sushi, visto che nel menù "normale" offrono una quantità di sushi molto diversi tra loro, comunque la qualità è ottima e i cameirir molto gentili

Sushi con menù vegani ce ne sono una manciata a Roma, ma con formula all you can eat praticamente nessuno. Locale molto bello, siamo nel quartiere parioli il che si vede sia nello stile del locale sia nel personale.

Per avere il menù vegano bisogna chiedere esplicitamente ai camerieri che vi forniranno un iPad per ordinare con impostato SOLO il menù vegano, diverso da quello già al tavolo che per qualche motivo non comprende le opzioni veg. In pratica se qualcuno vuole accedere sia al menù onnivoro che a quello veg senza chiedere non può... Strano. Detto ciò molto buoni i roll, abbastanza vari. Prezzo all you fan eat a pranzo di domenica 24€ bevande.

Read moreIf you mention being vegan upon arrival they’ll give you a specific ipad to order from, with vegan options only! They call out “vegan” when they bring out a vegan dish, which was especially helpful because I ate with a non-vegan and the dishes looked similar.
The only downside would be that I found the rice to be on the dry side, but apart from that it was perfect. #Veganuary

Everything was super fresh and tasty, no complains.
They have good fake salmon and go all in on it, so a bit disappointed by the lack of variety. They could make a better effort.
Gonna give 4 stars for quality but it's really a 3 for effort.

Cons: We deserve more sushi options!!!

Ho adorato il fatto che la cameriera ci ha impostato il tablet affinché visionassimo solo la versione vegana del menù, sufficientemente ricca. Ovviamente tutto buonissimo, i rolls col salmone veg li straconsiglio in ogni forma, siamo usciti molto contenti!

Good vegan sushi in Rome - Edit
This place was suggested to us due to authentic vegan sushi, with actually vegan salmon. It is nice to see some restaurant adopting this kind of alternatives. Anyway everything was very Good.

It was all good but I was a little bit disappointed. I couldn't wait to taste the vegan salmon but I wasn't able to find it on the menu. There was a section called "vegan" but there was fish in every sushi. In spite of this it was everything good and I ate sushi with tofu and one with mango. The place is big and welcoming and you can book online for your table.

Il ristorante ha un menu AYCE vegan. Purtroppo sono presenti solo due roll con il salmone vegan (identici, cambia solo il topping) e uno con una crema di tofu. Buoni i ravioli (due tipi). Per me si salva solo perché sono riuscita a modificare dei roll dal menu normale, rendendoli vegan, altrimenti sarebbe stato davvero troppo limitato ed insoddisfacente. Spero mettano presto altre proposte, vista l’ampia scelta onnivora.
