Not ‘vegan’ - Edit
Pizzas are advertised as ‘vegan’ or ‘vegetarian’ but actually the same slicer is used for all pizzas & is covered in meat/fish/sauce from all the pizzas before yours. I watched this happening to my ‘vegan’ pizza at the Fitzroy St St Kilda store, but I’m sure all outlets would have the same process. They didn’t respond to my tweet about it.

Protocol is to use a clean separate blade for vegan pizzas. Many stores just don't care about it. But if you ask for a clean blade when ordering, they'll make sure.

Poor customer service / Vegan demand not met - Edit
Twice now have failed to properly take/deal with orders, the plant based beef has failed to be adequately stocked despite demand and we have missed out on 1 pizza last week and now 2 this week, they claimed “we tried to call you” and then later admitted they called the wrong number which basically wasted my trip to pick up pizzas that weren’t made, then had the gall to charge me full price for 2 vegan margheritas which the only remedy offered was that they’d make them first and then later tried to give me a voucher for a free standard side w/delivery (so they’d still make their money off me regardless) trust me that voucher went straight in the trash, will be going to a different location from now on
