Unexpected vegan Georgian cuisine

There is a fairly good selection of vegan options among traditional Georgian dishes. Very hearty meals, large portions. I advise lobiani, it is just great! This is a huge Georgian puff pastry pie with a delicious red bean filling. One lobiani is enough for two hungry adults! I liked the khinkali with mushrooms—these are rather large Georgian dumplings with a lot of filling (oyster mushrooms). Khinkali can be ordered by the piece. For khinkali, I took a spicy satsebeli sauce, an excellent composition.

Deserves five stars. Will definitely come here again to try other dishes.

delicious vegan food

There are many interesting vegan options, for example fried tofu with vegetables and rice, seaweed salad, khinkali with mushrooms.

Every dish is very tasty, there are also beautiful interiors and pleasant staff.
