I have no words for the bathroom… actually it was the 2nd bar in Pisa and both bathrooms were disgusting… how can a city spend so much money on its temple (it was really beautiful) and not care about the basic hygiene?

Coffee and pastry - Edit
Went there two days as it was close to my hotel and it’s very close to the Pisa tower etc. Nice place for a coffee break or breakfast if you want something sweet. You can also bring whatever you buy take away and eat later for a snack after all the walking😄

Couldn’t find anything labeled vegan in the menu, so I asked the staff. They were very helpful and so I had coffee with soy milk and a very good vegan cake.

Ordered a soy milk latte, staff spoke excellent English and ordering was easy. Coffee was lovely and the atmosphere of the cafe is nice. Saw some vegan croissants as well!

Staff was very friendly and speak English very well. Croissants are delicious and I would say cheap (1.5eur). I came here for a dessert and an espresso but I think in the menu it had even more vegan options for normal meals, like pasta and stuff (I am not certain though). I came here before 1pm and it wasn't crowded, I enjoyed the place.

I stopped by here for snack on my way back from the tower. I was surprised how busy it was during the off season (February) on a rainy evening. I couldn’t find a seat.
Read moreThey only had two vegan options in the display case for the day (both croissants) but I opted for the raspberry croissant toasted. It was very good and only €1.50.
I think I will stop by in the morning to see if they have more options and to get breakfast.
I would recommend stopping by here to anyone looking for breakfast or a sweet snack. Just be prepared, it might be standing room only!
