The best for spreads

DM is not really a health food store, rather a combined chemists and supermarket, which also has services like photo-printing. It's very good for vegans as there is a good range of foodstuffs (mostly for cooking but there are also a few things like snack bars which can be eaten straight away), and also cosmetics and soaps etc. which have not been tested on animals. From the food items my favourites are the different vegetable tortellinis, the huge range of vegan patés and spreads, and when I need a quick meal, the the instant burger mixes. The juices are also tasty; every time my husband leaves Germany, he has to take aubergine spread and a carton of grape juice from DM with him! Overall I'd say that the products are good value for money as well as of a good quality, though staff aren't always the friendliest.
