Read moreThis seems to be one of the only places in the park you can order a vegan dish - for being theme park food, the quality and flavours of the dish are incredible! The portion size is really generous and a drink is also included in the price. This will keep you going for most of your day at Disney!
I double checked with the staff to make sure this is vegan and they confirmed.
I'd give 5 stars if I could just because the dish was so yummy!!!!!

Tasty mock meat with rice in a garlic soy sauce! Served with bok choi and Mickey shaped carrot slice! It also comes with a drink like soda, water or tea

Best Vegan Meal in Shanghai Disney Resort - Edit
This was the most flavourful option of the two vegan meals I could find at the resort. I was informed that there could be cross contamination, but none of the animal products I enquired about were ingredients in the product.

My go-to dining spot at Shanghai Disneyland. Rice bowl option has some veggies, onions and a nicely seasoned vegan meat in a delicious sauce. They seem to have increased the portion size as of late.

Rare vegetarian option at Shanghai Disney - Edit
Sweet and sour vegetables includes cute mickey carrots, shiitake mushrooms, capsicum pieces, and a type of sliced tofu sausage. Amazing to have an actual “vegetarian option” listed on a menu in the park. Not sure if the tofu is fully vegan but the rest of it seems to be. Get yourself a beer with your meal😄
