Bland and uninventive. - Edit
The food was bland, sauces were thin and mostly just tasted of soy sauce, unless you ordered spicy, then it was bland except for the heat, serious lack of nuance.

Personally have no need to go back.

Originated from Taiwan (Michelin starred in Taipei), the US locations are pretty darned good. The quality is high with quite a few vegan options. The vegan dumplings are my favorite; some may find it bland but I think it’s perfect!

All about the vegan spicy wontons… - Edit
This place offers a good selection of vegan dishes which are labeled accordingly on their menu. I highly recommend the vegan spicy wontons. The spicy sauce is delicious. You’ll never have to worry about finding something to eat here if you’re vegan.
