Wouldn't eat here again - Edit
This is a stylish restaurant at the airport, but for $25AUD I was somewhat underwhelmed. The dumplings were quite small and I found them bland, though the dipping sauce saved them. The sprouts were cooked to a nice crunch but also didn't taste like much. The pu erh tea came in a tea bag 😑 The host was attentive and kind, but the service itself was below average for the service charge and service tax they impose on top of menu prices. Overall not a bad experience, but I wouldn't drop that kind of money here again.

Good quality, tasty - Edit
The menus have vegetarian options marked. Prices are pretty good.
Read moreTheir veg dumplings and buns have some tofu in it. Good amount of veggies! The vinegar is slightly sweet, and go very well with them.
The spinach and mushroom was way too salty, so you may wanna request less salt.
Taro is a bit weird in a xiao long bao. The skin seems tough for it. I'd try the mini buns next time.
All in all, the ingredients taste fresh. The environment is comfortable for taking a break.
