So many vegan options (and labeled too!)

Buffet with many good vegan options! I love that all of their food is clearly labeled so it’s easy to know what’s vegan. Even their baklava is vegan (and it’s soooo good).

Pros: Clearly labeled vegan options , Great food , Nice restaurant

Cons: A bit pricey, especially if you go on weekends

Great

Plenty of clearly labeled vegan options, great fresh food, great service, and affordable pricing. Nothing was over or under salted and not too heavily spiced for picky eaters. I went with my (omni) parents who are a bit shy about trying new things and they loved it just as much as I did. I'll definitely be coming back when I'm in the area.

Pros: Tastes great, Affordable, Friendly Staff

This is my favorite buffet spot for delicious veggies.

The buffet is filled with fresh, flavorful Mediterranean vegetable dishes and the family running the place is friendly and welcoming. Five stars (if only they were fully vegetarian).

Pros: lots of lemony vegan salad options

Cons: must go at busier times when the good is fresh.

Clearly marked vegan options

Great vegan options! Med food is famous for being veg-friendly, almost everything here is. This place is a chain and has more locations in Houston. The food is surprisingly good. Some foods include lentil rice, tabouli, soup, roasted cauliflower, potatoes, hummus, dolmas, falafel, and so on. It's all you can eat buffet and the prices are good. I believe it around $11 for lunch and $13 for dinner. Check groupon for deals. You'll leave here stuffed!
