Some great options, but don't listen to the employees!

This location of the chain is in a very nice shopping mall food court. The building has a very high ceiling and a lot of glass, so it's a very pleasant place to eat.

The menu has vegan items clearly marked and the restaurant's website lists all the ingredients for everything they serve. Some ingredients are seasonal. The tofu sandwich and BBQ tofu sandwich are only vegetarian (probably because of the bun). But there is a Vegan Classic Dig bowl with tofu, sweet potatoes, broccoli and rice, a vegan Avo Grain Bowl, and you can make your own bowl with any of quite a few vegan ingredients: base of farro, salad greens, or brown rice; tofu with maple cider glaze or BBQ tofu; a vegan cole slaw made with vegan ranch dressing; flavored cous cous; marinated cannellini beans; tomato cucumber salad; cashew kale Caesar salad; roasted broccoli with lemon; roasted sweet potatoes; sheet tray carrots and the vegan sauces include garlic aioli, pesto, Sriracha, rosemary vinaigrette, the cashew Caesar dressing, vegan ranch, balsamic vinaigrette and a cider garlic sauce.

I got greens, roasted broccoli, sheet pan carrots and tofu. I told the employee I was making a vegan bowl. After putting the tofu on my bowl, they said it usually comes with a glaze and while I was asking if was vegan, they just added it to my bowl. Then they asked what sauce I wanted, saying all the sauces are vegan, and when I pointed out that all the sauces are not vegan – at least one has honey - the employee just shrugged.

The bowl came with a plastic top and my sauce in a little plastic cup. This is standard in NYC but I wish they would ask as I did not need any of that plastic. It looked like a small portion, but it turned out to be very filling and in fact I couldn't finish it all right then. It was very good, and I give them props for offering so many vegetables.
