Not much choice for vegans - Edit

There is a vegan option but only in the evening. There doesn’t seem to be anything in the afternoon. They say they will make something if I phone to let them know I’m coming but I like to just pop in, and I also like to see vegan items ( and price) on the menu before I go in!!! I don’t like to be treated differently from everyone else ( I don’t have allergies I just don’t want to eat dead body parts) I like to be able to have have a pudding too!

Pros: There is one vegan meal on the menu, One can phone in advance to request a vegan meal , They have recently included pizza that’s vegan.

Cons: I have only one choice! , I have to have the same thing every time!!, They never have any vegan puddings on the menu.

Several vegan options, good food - Edit

Been here a few times. They can make the cream pasta sauces with soy cream and I've had a mushroom stroganoff with soy cream and soy protein which was excellent. Staff know about vegan food and many menu items are vegan or can be adapted easily.

Pros: Very friendly staff who know vegan, Good food using vegan replacements

I have never seen starter meals for vegans. The main meal comprises of a nut roast or spaghetti dish. The menu never seems to change. The last time I was there I asked the waitress if any deserts were suitable for vegans and she said, “No”. So at least it was clear. I believe pizzas have been added to the menu and at least one is vegan. I don’t like asking for meals to be adapted as I prefer to know what I am getting and the price.
