Amazing Vegetarian Hotpot Experience at D'Gemma! - Edit
I had a fantastic dining experience at D'Gemma, especially with their vegetarian hotpot. The broth was rich and flavorful, the vegetables were fresh, and the variety of ingredients was impressive. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and perfect for a relaxing meal with family and friends. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Disappointed - Edit
Went there about an hour after they opened, but still early for dinner (around 6 pm). A lot of the dishes we were looking forward to, such as sushi and rice pancakes, weren't offered. It was mostly steamed or fried veggies and some mock meat. Some spring rolls, two salads and stuffed tofu were among the more interesting options. All of the dishes were cold when we arrived there. At first we didn't want to have the hotpot, as we had just eaten a hotpot dinnner two nights before. However, we changed our mind when we realized it was the only option to have some warm dinner! They brought some fresh plates of food when a larger group arrived after us, but the food still wasn't really hot. The food itself was mostly alright but only very few things out of the ordinary. They also didn't have any drinks besides the water and green tea which come with a meal at almost every restaurant in Vietnam. I didn't feel too well the next day and while it may have been due to other causes, we also spotted some chili with mold on it amont the extra condiments and I am not sure if the food sitting out and having turned cold had something to do with it. Maybe we were just there at an unfortunate time, but from my experience, I really can't recommend the place.
