Great find

Pleasantly surprised to find vegan options at a German restaurant. The servers were careful to call out where a bun would not have been vegan and directed me instead to a vegan sausage platter. The chef came out after the meal to make sure everything was good, even going so far as to explain how she made the mashed potatoes with oat milk. Vegan items were clearly identified on the menu.
