Excellent healthy food and big portions

Stopped off for lunch here with a friend 'hoping' it would be vegan friendly as it's a health-conscious place.

The menu isn't super clear. It's hard to see the 'vg' indicator and some dishes mention vegan additions or customisation including a number of curries. If they labelled this better I'd be much more likely to recommend. In 2024 we should expect better labelling although my server was very accomodating and answered any questions.

I had the Vegetarian poke bowl, which was vegan and it was superb. The rice was cooked to perfection and the fruit and vegetables and sauce were heavenly. It really was delicious. The portion size was huge too.

Some people have grumbled about wait times here but I didn't find it bad, and I'd rather people took their time when making something fresh.

There is a £1 dining charge which isn't mentioned until you pay which is sneaky and has rubbed customers up the wrong way, but I found the price overall great value for what I got.

I'd like to go again and try the curries.

Pros: Exceptional poke bowl, Good value , Large portions

Cons: Menu isn't obvious what is vegan, £1 dining charge feels sneaky
