Nice that this store exists! - Edit
I ate a vegan sandwich with olive spread and different vegetables on it and it tasted pretty good. It is very nice that you can get a vegan meal in Skofja Loka even though they had no burek and no vegan "substitute" products...

Pros: vegan sandwiches, friendly staff, cheap
Cons: only one vegan option (maybe depends on the day), many meat and dairy options

Yummy Sandwich - Edit
The woman there was knowledgeable about veganism and made me a sandwich. That was the only option they had (so no burek). It was yummy and I could choose if I wanted olive spread or hummus. It cost 2€. I am happy that there is a place where you can get vegan food in such a rural area but I have to warn you: they also sell a lot of meat and other non vegan things!
