Sunday-only popup deli serving healthy fully organic/vegan lunch inside the small "Hitototema" space. Menu changes every week - might be a small selection or a single lunch set. Examples include soy-milk gratin followed by brown rice + 10 varieties of vegetables with demi-glace sauce. Open Sun 11:30am-5:00pm. Check Instagram for hours as hours vary.

Only open once a week, and only a few seats, but make it here on a Sunday to be treated to a decent portion of homemade organic vegan food. My lunch set cost 1400 yen and came with a soy-based gratin, rice, a little salad, two pieces of kara-age, and tons of vegetables served with a savory vegetable reduction sauce.

The space has other popup food service and workshops on other days, some of which are plant-based.
Pros: Everything is homemade, Chef goes to great length to avoid all additives
Cons: Small menu gives you little or no choice
