King of the Morning - Edit
Reasonable prices, great (and knowledgable) staff, with lots of attention to clients' dietary needs. Degrees' signature muffin, King of the Morning, is vegan, as is their large chocolate cookie. I love that lots of their produce is from heirloom varieties, seeded in U of M greenhouses and grown within a stone's throw of the restaurant.

Cons: Very busy- it's often hard to get a seat
